I think they still want to be challenging at the top. I just don’t think they realised how hard it was going to be to get even a sniff of it. Btw, I’m confident we’ll be challenging for top four within 5 year. Once we get there, it’s lift off !!

Newcastle United are literally a branch of the Saudi government. So yes. If I turned up with flags horns and gimpy little signs outside government property like the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport with Dorries 9 on the back of my shirt you’d rightly assume I was supporting the UK government too.
