This is GOLD 🤣🤣🤣🤣
“Those who walked away under Ashley will now be back in the queue”. But, but Mike didn’t give instructions to chop people up, he was a nice man, he didn’t invade Yemen, he was a nice man. Mike didn’t stone homosexuals, Mike was a nice man.
Oh I see the picture, yous aren’t bothered if they’re not nice men as long as they toss money at you.

Yep I said a while back they had £80million to spend and that was it, that might have changed since they got a provvy loan mind

If you look at my calcs previously - they have a charge on ALL income which is around 130m TV and 25m matchday. The other income from Castore, Noom and Fun88 will likely net out against other operating costs/infrastructure improvements.

80% (this is a guesstimate and we won't know until a/c's come out of what new wages are) of that 155m will be going out in wages which leaves c31m to fund the initial payment and wages, until PIF inject more equity (assuming they will). There are also payments owed for recent signings, though the a/c's show that they are owned c6m which I imagine is Perez as they have sold no one of note recently.

The reason MA didn't splash the cash and didn't spend was that there was not the money in the business to do so and why would he loan more money when he was universally hated?

Queen Mandy has sold them a dream that she can't live up to. Odds that her husband will be doing keepy up's at the end of this season?

He's fine well what it was referring to.
Exactly, but it was never brought up when he first bought them. I live in Gateshead all my mates have always been black and white the only reason they hated him is because he wasn’t spending silly money. It all started when they seen Man City get bought and apparently they wanted to buy Newcastle but Ashley wouldn’t sell so they turned on him

I think each has there own tale of why they turned on Ashley. Not selling to Mansour is a new one on me. I can say with 100% certainty that, in my experience, the working practices of his business empire wasn't a consideration either.
The treatment of Ashley was over the top, as was the fanfare when he arrived. He was, in the main, a decent owner. He didn't always appoint shrewdly and did make some PR mistakes. He did however spend a significant amount and did have the club on an even financial standing.
