Cricket at the Commonwealth Games

Has any of this ‘great opportunity to showcase cricket’ been on BBC yet?

All on the red button which only anoraks (like me) will search out so far, from what I’ve seen.
I think with the 100 starting and they will be on that , I think when it comes to the medal games it will be on

Hope so anyway

Every game is live on BBC iplayer and available to stream afterwards. No highlights programme though.

England won and are through to the semi final. need to beat New Zealand in their last group game to avoid the Australians in the semi

Interesting!!!

You could say that cricket is the official sport of the Commonwealth. Of the current Test playing countries, only Zimbabwe isn't in the Commonwealth (and they were a former member). Football isn't big outside of the home nations and rugby not in the Caribbean or subcontinent

Of other Commonwealth countries, I've always been surprised that cricket isn't bigger in Malaysia considering they have such a massive Indian community. Maybe it just rains there too much

We batting yet?
