Yet one of their owners was praised for donating a few grand to food banks in newcastle a few months ago, he is also one of the biggest tory donors who have seen a massive increase in food banks during their time in power

Who does newcastle largely vote for again?

Ah yes, a team that tries
Donated by a Tory......who's Party created them. When they fall it'll be epic. Let's say we got taken over by the Saudis, a Tory Donor & a Chancer. They'd be going f***ing mental.

And this is the sum of it. Unless United with Pride are making an active campaign to highlight the way that Saudis treat their own LGBT community. There is zero point in them existing.

How can the rest of the Pride community take them seriously
I'm really pissed off by this. I'll be writing to them properly not just here or Twitter. The hypocrisy is unbelievable

I don't know how they have the nerve. I really don't. Either support LGBT issues and call out the ownership of your club, and appreciate that there's a lot of flak coming...

Or disband and just support the club.

If you firmly believe in LGBT rights, you can't ignore the way the clubs owners treat their own.

Desperation in the January transfer window?

Your club have set the standard for ‘desperation’ so in fairness you would know about desperation.

So desperate were you to get rid of Mike Ashley you happily championed the merits of being taken over by a regime with a horrific human rights record.
They are also desperate to be liked, which they aren't.

Something of a myth has been allowed to take hold, over the last few years, about Newcastle’s fans. They have developed a reputation for being equal parts demanding and delusional, for believing their club uniquely deserving of a restoration to a place of prominence in English soccer’s firmament that it never, really, occupied in the first place.

The reality is almost exactly the opposite. All Newcastle’s fans have ever really asked for is a team that is mildly entertaining to watch, and a bit of effort from those charged with running the club. The banner made that perfectly clear. Ashley’s affront was not failing to win; it was robbing them of the hope that they might.
They just want a team that tries
Yeah as the New York Times love Saudi Arabia.

I mean who wouldnt love the country responsible for this

Mad to think the Mags did this.

RIP

You can if you're a Mag, or Gary Neville.

I laugh daily at their stupidity & fuckwittery

Especially as Bill Corcoran turned a blind eye to his best mate Steve Hastie sending homophobic tweets
Also quite telling that the club didn’t publicise what they were doing for pride, wonder why that was ;)

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 defend, deflect....never criticise his "excellency". Might take his ball home or gan & play golf

I've said it before. The tone has changed.

They expected and wanted to splash 80m on anyone. "Richest club in the world". If they signed Pogba for over the odds money they'd be celebrating it as a sign of ambition and intent. He'd be "world class" again. "Eddie's coaching style will bring the best out in him".... they'd bloody love it

Now it's obviously not happening they're praising the shrewd way the club is being run. "The Saudis aren't stupid. They won't pay over the odds".

Yet Mike Ashley was torn apart for not paying over the odds... as that showed a lack of ambition.

Back to back wins v Burnley with 2 different 11s. Good strength in depth this season. Winger and a striker and that’s a top 10 team imo.
They weren’t back to back wins mind
It's a personal thing mate. Whatever suits.

Just buy Burnley man. Get it ower with 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That fella is a proper shitehawk but no wonder the “squaddepth” is so good and they won both. They took Burnley’s best 2 players and used them against them ha ha
