I don't defend them, and my support of my club has absolutely no bearing on the development of middle eastern culture and religion. Obviously

It will absolutely not happen. It's the most egregious aspect of the Saudi sportswashing. The Saudis who own your club have every intention of continuing the persecution of gay people but are happy to push rainbow laces on NUFC twitter. While people are in prison because of who they fancy. It's f****** horrendous.

The people who sign off on the signing of Dan Burn, sign off on the persecution of gay people as well. NUFC is part of that machine, specifically part of the PR department. You know this. You're all happily complicit.

Let's pretend by bigging up the NUFC women's team ( even though they've had little interest before that ) women are valued by the regime that own the club.
Let's pretend by linking to Pride that the LGBT community is valued by the regime that owns NUFC.

So if we are so proud of those communities, they will be promoted in Saudi Arabia surely.

Except we all know they aren't. Massive hypocrisy of both sections of the club's support to fail to speak out .
