You’re right - deep down I know that with quality like Darlow, Krafth, Lewis, Dummett, Lascelles, Burn, Targett, Murphy, Fraser, Almiron, Shelvey, Longstaff, and Wood, you’re bound to be pushing Liverpool and City for the title next year. Better start work on that 100k seater stadium, hopefully that will be big enough.
100k stadium might just be big enough to use for the reserves and open training sessions in the school holidays

Burn is 30? Ffs I thought he was 22-23ish.
His pedigree is pretty awful.

He played 9 games in the Premier League when he was about 21 in a Fulham team that went down then had 6 seasons in the Championship or League 1. He was on loan for half of that time.

He finally got back in the Premier League 3 years ago after all those years in the wilderness.

But apparently he's git good and that. Mind so is Joelintin 😂

Christ I thought he was a pup from Brighton’s U23s

Who do you have finishing 7-11? Aside from the big 6 finishing where you would expect them to of course.

Can’t see nufc finishing below 5 of the also rans. West Ham, Leicester and wolves/villa at a maybe, but any of the rest … not for me.

Anywhere between 7th - 10th would be my prediction. All of which would be an improvement and progress on last season
Nobody is interested in your opinion Mag

Their squad isn't the best mind. It's certainly nowhere near the way the fans expectations were going about this summer is it?

Wait for their fans to follow up their abuse of a murdered journalist's fiancee with vitriolic abuse of Queen Mandy if they lose a few to lesser teams

Tidied for you

Chelsea
City
Liverpool
Spurs
Arsenal
Man united
West Ham
Leicester
Wolves
Fulham
Southampton
Brighton
Palace
Villa
Brentford
Forest
Leeds
Newcastle
Everton
Bournemouth

That’s my prediction. Think Bournemouth will be end up like 20 points from safety and the mags to go down with 1 game to go. Leeds and Brentford will struggle and Fulham to surprise people

re Newcastle - based on what exactly? You have insider information that all the better players are gonna get sold?

The problem is they are thinking big - too big. The only reason why I am vaguely confident of this new club approach of not spending huge amounts (Not on absolutely huge name talent. Though I do fully expect and hope the club is able to set it’s sights a bit higher than we had to be the last few years. I don’t want George Jones from Dorking United), is so many have become better for a more modest approach to signings. Moreno from Man City a good example.

Look at QPR a few years ago. Spending vast amounts like we did in the late 90s on players like Fredgaard and Mercimek. Now look at them. Look at them when compared to what Brentford are doing now. Focussing on decent prices (Not cheap but not astronomical) for untapped quality and keeping squad unity and togetherness. A team spirit.

Even Man United did it in the early 90s. Players like Scholes, Butt and Solskjaer were kids. But through togetherness and a team spirit won loads of silverware.

But the mags are going hell for leather trying to be the next Real Madrid or PSG way before their time. Only 5 minutes into the job and they wanted their owner to be splashing £40m on some German international defender from Bayern Munich. You don’t build clubs that way.

Morons the lot of them.
From memory mercimek was a free and 16-17, fredgaard was £1.8m possibly, we never splashed the cash at all during that era.

Solskjaer was 23 when he signed for Man Utd in 1996 🤔

As for the last line, people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones…
