NUFC/Sportswashing - Summer 2022

I condemn their human rights record. It's awful. I've done it whenever it's came up online and in person. In what way are you condemning them?

And of course I'm delighted with the way they're investing in my club. Things are going great.

Two different reactions to two separate actions. Not that hard to understand, is it?
Talking of investment, what is your take on the supposed investment they promised for the area?

Explain how that means I'm sports washed?

Great news if they follow in the footsteps of Man City's owners
Then how come they aren’t coming forward to get the Tyne Bridge back to its best and instead having to rely on taxpayers money to bail it out, surely that would have been an ideal exercise in pr?

Don't be so naive as it makes you look like an idiot. Any investment will not be for social good it will be to raise the selling price of the club.

Just saying it would be great if it happens. No need for insults is there?

I don't know what their decision making process was on that one, wasn't there already things in the works for the bridge well before they took over? Agree it would have been a fantastic bit of PR if they had done something. It's in a right state
It comes up in person every time you go to watch their team and you do nowt.
No it doesn't

Don't come on here if you have nothing but assumptions and no knowledge. Contribute with knowledge like the better mag posters. To think "investment in the region" was anything more than a soundbite is naive.

I was asked a question and answered it honestly. Nothing wrong with that is there?

As for the investment in the region, I'd assume they'd want to at least match if not out do whatever City have done. We'll find out in time but I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility, so insults over it seem a bit OTT.

Isn't claiming that it's a certainty that there won't be any investment in the region making assumptions and going against the knowledge of what's been promised by the owners and already implemented by different owners?

Did you let a child lose with a tattoo needle 🤣🤣 that tattoo is f***ing shocking

Aye.
Even less so when he's doing it to a Scottish crowd. It's not like he's swaying marginal voters here.
Add in the fact that sam fender is a muscian, and doesn't work for nufc. And the bloke who owns 10% of nufc merely donates money to the party he supports.
Mackem2017 desperately looking for an nufc related angle that just isn't there with this one.
Ah just seen you’re from Tyneside
Exactly Binxy - all the better than we have a permanent online record of their idiocy. Piece of piss running a football club isn't it....is it feck!

The trouble with football fans is they are never satiated and always want more. Delivering from the years of wilderness under Ashley (bs by the way as they reached Q4 of Europa League in 12/13) will long be forgotten when they don't deliver the world!

Man Utd owners hated, Arsenal ditto, LFC owners hated my many, EFC fans hate Kenwright, many Spurs fans hate Levy ....albeit these last two aren't owners but the front as is AS. Only Roman universally adored at Chelsea. I know a lot of City fans and I don't remember them mentioning the owners.

Do you not see the irony that last week he was draped in B&W and drinking Broon with his new found love of NUFC courtesy of a takeover facilitated by a bent Tory PM with a 10% stake by a significant party donor? Then this week is shouting "Fuck the Tories". Let alone singing songs about dropping bombs. He has the integrity of Goebbels.
He’s a stinking mag mate
