I'll sum it up for you. As a Newcastle supporter, the Saudi funding is great for us in terms of improving the club. We will enjoy that, in the same way the the PSG and Man City fans are enjoying their ownership and where it's taken their clubs.

The human rights atrocities that Saudi Arabia commit are bad. I wish they'd pack it in and I condemn them. They're not being committed in support of my club though, and my club doesn't benefit from them in any way. If I stop supporting my club it will not force the Saudis to change their culture which has been set in its ways for quite a bit longer than they've owned our club. So not only do I not want to stop supporting Newcastle, it also wouldn't have any positive effect even if I did.

Can't make it any clearer than that for you, if you still can't wrap your head around it it's on you. Please stop trying to twist my posts into something they're not

Ha ha ha. You are funny. You cannot separate the saudi atrocities from your club, as your club is owned by the state that does them. You saying your owners are great cos they are benefitting your saudi franchise fc, is like me saying, I like Fred West, cos he is a canny plasterer, just forget about the other things he does. Do you block all bad things out in your life? just put your fingers in your ears and go 'ner ner ner ner '. Your ignoring their atrocities ,makes you an apologist. My moral compass would say to me 'nah, I cannot support a team owned by these people, I want no association with them'. I don't care if it affects them or not, not everything is done for that reason. You are morally vacuous.

Yeah, you can say that Fred West did a canny job of your plastering if that's what he did.

And I'm not ignoring them, I'm condemning them. You can read it right there in my post
 
You don't condemn them at all, you say they are doing a great job. You cannot separate it (only in your head) . How is that condemning someone? Saying they are doing a great job, bringing everyone together at the club. It's not condemning them, it's praising them. Like I say, you have no morals

They are being committed in support of your club. Their atrocities are the only reason they've bought you. There'd be no need for sportswashing if they weren't bombing kids. Newcastle supporters are in a far better position than most people in the world to make a difference or at least try to get a message across.

The only message I see from 99% is that murdering kids is just fine as long as there's a possibility of entertainment to be had out of it.
