The club is their asset. If it fails they'll have egg on their face in a very public manor. It's in their best interests that the club is successful.

Can you explain to me how that is a straw man?
 
Well it will go one of two ways if the terrorists spend proper money.

1. The power clubs will send their lawyers knocking on Masters door and ask him how the PIF not related to Saudi state/MBS the murderer actually works ( which I can just google PIF website to answer that bullshit)

2. They get away with it and because of financial power ( not history of titles etc etc) then they fuck off to super league and enjoy their constant expensive trips to Europe .

We all know if they'd been involved in the Super League, their fans would have been the only set of fans all for it.

Tbh...I wish all the big clubs and Newcastle🤣..would piss off to a super league so football can have a long overdue reset and get back to basics..for me that would be footy Nirvana!!

I actually think it's the other way around chap.

The Saudis wanting the club to be the best is all part of the sports washing, no? Like, it wouldn't work very well if they made a total hash of it.

A lot of people seem to be grasping the shitty end of the stick in here
