Alreet Pet, just having a few of the lads round....nah not for a few cans and a game of cards...we're dressing up like arabs for likes on the internet....

Proper sad acts.
In that photo there is Steve Hastie the bloke who tweeted homophobic tweets that were meant as a private message, then claimed it wasn’t him because he lost his glasses. Keith ‘NCSL1892’ Patterson a Durham mag with painted on eyebrows who thinks he is responsible for the takeover because he set NCSL1892 up and had the money go take the premier league to court although when accounts were released last week he only had £1 in :lol:. And then there’s Steve Wraith, when he’s not bouncing up and down on the Krays knees or spending his weekend with a 16 years old girl and her weird father he’s deciding which of the Sayers family to pipe off.

👍

Good sum up.

Pretty sure a lot of mags cant stand the fuckers. I'm just glad they're not red and white. Think they'd get a right kicking.

Thank the stars.

If they had all of the attendees HDD from that evening I'm confident someone would be going down.

Not just talking about them on Saudi Gazza either

Aye it’s weird the other Newcastle fans either love them or despise them there’s no middle ground. The ones that love them look like you would expect, fat, scruffy, thick as fuck and from Benwell, Byker and Walker.

Top squad of Newcastles then . The elite

Not quite.
If you knew it was him you'd be having him arrested.
However, if you didn't know it was him then yeah you could potentially accept a pint from a bloke you don't know much if anything about.
But everyone knows what the Saudi Government have done and are still doing. I knew well before they were ever linked with a takeover of Newcastle. You do know what they do, but you choose to turn a blind eye and disassociate yourself from any of it because you want their money.

I seen/heard loads of your fans ripping Mike Ashley for been a crooked Business bloke and complaining he makes workers have zero hour contracts. Now you have a murderous regime in charge/main control of your club, they distance themselves for what they do away from the club.

I've noticed when I'm out and about I see a lot more stinkers wearing mag tops than ever.
I live in Morpeth and before the takeover I rarely saw anyone wearing them. Now, without fail I see multiple mag tops whenever I go out.
don't see that many when im out . my magtopometer rarely beeps:D

Yeah that is the purpose of the PIF.
However, buying a football club for 300 million, then investing in it, even when you sell it years down the line, how much do you make back?

I read something a while back that City's owners were making $300m a day from oil.

So what is the point of PIF buying nufc to play the long game then make back, what? 3 days oil money?

A small part in a very wide and diversified portfolio.....very sensible......with the added advantage of two fingers up to Qatar.

Both you reckon given he's also got the flag showing backwards

Honestly can't watch more than a few seconds of that because I'm risking death by cringe. What's up with the accent? I'm absolutely bewildered by everything about him

The big play is tourism...afterall why should Dubai do so well. The association with the mags will give world wide exposure and make Saudi more palatable. They are not aiming at ourselves but the places the Prem reaches such as China/India/Indonesia where no drinking is hardly an issue. 300m is peanuts for the exposure they get around the world.

They got what they wanted and these side effects are just what happens as a consequence. this is the start imo, soon enough proper supporters will be priced out and replaced by football tourists.

although they way we were consistently mocked for making football affordable, you’d think theyd be buzzing about these price hikes

That's where their problem lies. Geographical reasons will prevent them getting the tourists in. It's piss easy to get to London or Manchester from just about anywhere because they're big cities, Newcastle isn't. If they price tehir own fans out they won't be ableto make up the shortfall with tourists like Man Utd can.
