Hard to answer in hindsight but what was your perception of Saudi pre-takeover and how has it changed (if at all)? Same for @maginpeace
Disgusted with them then. Disgusted with them now. Horrible people. My view of them has not changed with the takeover at all.

You haven't been sportswashed then. You see them as merely the providers of capital. I was suggesting all mags did that back in Oct'21...few listened.

Must admit that my view of them pre and post takeover is the same as yours. I have family who worked out there and the stories they tell aren’t nice. Luckily for you, you seem happy to turn a blind eye to their many atrocities in return for their money. Personally, I couldn’t do that, but I suppose everyone is different in what they’re prepared to accept in order to allow their team to compete in a sporting competition.

Not turning a blind eye but yes, separating the support of my football club from the owners. I’ve done that previously but obviously much more serious now. I wrestled with it but decided I didn’t want to turn my back on the club I’ve supported my whole life and still go to matches with my dad.

If you’d walk away in the same circumstances, I applaud you. I couldn’t.

Poor attention to detail - "After the jump, you’ll find a full list of teams, accompanied by the percentage of supporters who are deemed to be at an “unhealthy weight”…"

Could equally mean underweight with a BMI of under 18.5.

You’re right.

But I’d be very surprised!!
