Apologies for asking, does anyone actually know if or when the ticket office is open, without having to scroll through 700 odd posts. I've looked at club website, but unsure if the timings on there are actually up to date.

Not in person atm, but if you email them your details they can ring you back if you have a query etc [email protected]
Or ask us and maybe we could help

OK thanks very much. The problem I have is my step dad is buying my season card, he's a paraplegic bed bound at present. When I put his details in it wants to send a verification code to his mobile. He's got absolutely no WiFi and lives 8 mile from me, he is also hopeless with mobile phones, so, apart from a trip to the ticket office, I am struggling to find a solution.

Will do, will leave it until tomorrow as I may have a solution. Because of the current situation with the stepdad, my wife is staying there on a night, so she is going to text me the verification when it comes through. Just hope I can input it in time, as it does not give you much time when you make the purchase.
