This is why it should only be opened for match day sales. They should announce this asap imo along with match day ticket prices , which may encourage more season tik sales to fill lower bowl. Most of the remaining lower bowl seats are in less popular seating positions which is also an issue I expect.

There’s no way the powers that be at any club want the seats adjacent to the directors box occupied by casual fans. They want sensible high earning aging fans not those with a passing interest.
