It’s shocking what’s happening in Yemen. Shocking what’s happening in other war torn countries aswell. Feel for everyone involved, especially the children.
See that’s so true, but I struggle with how any Newcastle supporter, making that statement, can justify continuing to support a club that is instrumental and complicit in causing that terror, as you say “especially for the children”

We’re all built differently Janey. That might sound harsh, but it’s true. I think it was you who I answered to the other week when explaining my match day ritual. Nothing has changed since then.

* Nothing has changed in my thinking

And while it’s nothing personal in my thinking, I’ll still never get over a football fan/supporter continuing to support a team owned by a regime that opposes everything we should hope is acceptable in a humanitarian society.

They've just tweeted the same article yet again
It's bizarre like, like many people I've worked with loads of mags who have gave man city and Chelsea shite over the years, not a big club all money etc. But now it's seemingly going to be them it's okay because they're big anyway and deserve it, next breath they are going to do it the proper way anyway. Let's make an article about why anyone would want to buy Sunderland when ironically someone is stupid enough to buy them, couldn't make it up
