I contacted the club regarding communication with members and received the following response.
Thank you for highlighting these issues and it is something we do want to improve on and are currently working with the team management to develop better and faster communication on team matters.
With regards to ground development we have put out a number of communications to members and match attendees about the situation around the redevelopment of the ground via social media, email and the website. The development has also been addressed in members forums. I am sorry this does not seem to have been clear enough and would welcome feedback on further ways we could communicate with members and supporters.
We do strive to communicate as quickly and clearly as possible but I appreciate we could be better. By way of some mitigation we are operating with a very small team at the moment but every one of us are fans ourselves and dedicated to improving communications and all other areas of the club.
