interesting stats, however can I ask a pertinent question? How many goals did Sunderland score in last 5 minutes of games at end of season? Where would you have finished without those goals? Out of the play offs for sure. Now dont get me wrong I watched the Wycombe game with one of yours and apart from a couple of chances you totally dominated and fully deserved the win! I actually think the cup final was V Sheffield Wednesday where you did get through but it was close. No denying they did well as they are 3rd if you look at results from Jan 25th

Though look at the results of the 18 games in relation to where the teams finished as it's a bit lopsided. It's only a partial season and out of the fixtures that are missing, realistically they wouldn't match the PPG of the W12 D1 L5 at all unless they started beating teams in the top 7 at home & top 10 away. To be fair to them they did graft in most of their games with the 'feel good' factor but some of their opposition were terrible at times or things just seemed to go right for the Mags. I'm not so sure this 'form' will carry on into next season so the mags thinking they'll be up there may be in for a shock but then again who knows.

and the sort of fan nobody wantsWas listening to the world football phone in the other night and he said he was on the train with a load of people from Tyneside. Turns out he was on about us when we were down wembley. He then said for us to call in if we wanted and the other lad who was a guest said no don’t, they’re a nothing club. We don’t want to hear from their sort or something. He also said we would still be in the lower leagues while they were winning the champions league. The lad was actually from south London and said he only supported NUFC as he mam fancied Keegan years ago when he was playing for them so always had the mags on the telly. I find that hard to believe given it was before his time and even then the games weren’t televised. Anyway he seemed to despise us and the whole of the panel were laughing along as if to agree with him that we were nobody’s. Tim Vickery and all them.

But your statting (new word) out NUFC and very fairly at that, but how close were you to not making the play offs!
I said before its now stick or twist for SAFC, you must have some squad investment or you will struggle in the championship, Alex Neil does not strike me as the type of bloke who will ut up with none investment, however when losing nigh on £1 million a month will your owner put his hand in his pocket. This is by no means a dig as I prefer good debate.
So if it happened to Sunderland you would be one of the 47,500 demonstrating outside with 500 watching the football inside, I will wait for the abuse but if you really think that is the case then you are a basket case. No 'whataboutery' here at all just an opinion that every skint club would welcome the investment NUFC are getting. Dont kid yourself that your different to us football wise, your loyal, passionate fans who want the best for your club!Just to clarify, about which bit does anyone give a shit?
Personally, I give a shit about a football team being bought by a regime that rapes and murders, and whose fans think that’s okay because well “we are rich”
What I don’t give a shite about is which team that is, because I’d say the same whether it was the Mags, Burnley, Brentford, and you know what, even Sunderland
I get that, you only have to look at Everton for their covid figures. the loss of parachute payments is huge however and I would hope you agree investment is needed. I want a strong NE, the NW and London have had it their way too long, so in Alex Neil you have a really good manager, ambitious and wont want to settle for being an also ran.The 20/21 loss is misleading, as it was impacted by Covid, and was the first season without any parachute payments, We're in a far better place now than then.
The KSA are not making a start though, are they, and it doesn't look like they ever will, they're still committing atrocities on a regular basis, with regards to Germany I don't think they were given much choice after ww2.So if it happened to Sunderland you would be one of the 47,500 demonstrating outside with 500 watching the football inside, I will wait for the abuse but if you really think that is the case then you are a basket case. The human rights issue is huge, but if KSA are not allowed to make a start then how come we are all friends with Germans........ did the holocaust not happen.....and by the way I am jewish so I am entitled to compare.

The sort you lot seem to attract. You are a laughing stock to anyone who doesn’t support you. The way your kind have accepted that you’re now ran by a murderous despotic regime has shocked me. I’d pack in following us if we’d have been taken over by them. You’re basically an isis supporter.interesting stats, however can I ask a pertinent question? You won’t change his mind. They’re like Michael Jackson fans. Can’t see the wood for the treesThe KSA are not making a start though, are they, and it doesn't look like they ever will, they're still committing atrocities on a regular basis.

Your comparison to Nazi Germany is absolutely mad - whether you’re a Jew or not that is a f***ing ridiculous comparison. So if it happened to Sunderland you would be one of the 47,500 demonstrating outside with 500 watching the football inside, I will wait for the abuse but if you really think that is the case then you are a basket case. Ok, I am no expert or historian, but would you care to sensibly detail why the comparison is as you put it 'absolutely mad", is murderous oppression not the same whatever the background.Your comparison to Nazi Germany is absolutely mad - whether you’re a Jew or not that is a f***ing ridiculous comparison.
You do realise having Jews, a woman and an Iranian on board is part of the sportswashing.Ok, will have one try at a different angle, you have another thread with a sore tof fan love in with Man City (not sure of the background but it is there), you dismiss their owners with a pinch of salt, owners not that dissimilar to ours!
Our actual owners are diverse, Rueben Brothers are jewish, Amanda Staveley's husband who is Iranian ( I believe) and of course the detested PIF
Ok, I am no expert or historian, but would you care to sensibly detail why the comparison is as you put it 'absolutely mad"
They always say that we wouldn’t come out in disgust. Probably true the majority wouldn’t but I would not support our club if we were owned by saudi arabia and anyone who does is morally corrupt. I’d rather be shit. It definitely should not stop people calling out individua fans for ignoring there human rights record so they sign trippier. The KSA are not making a start though, are they, and it doesn't look like they ever will, they're still committing atrocities on a regular basis, with regards to Germany I don't think they were given much choice after ww2.
or part of the Saudi 2030 vision? You do realise having Jews, a woman and an Iranian on board is part of the sportswashing.
Sportswashed.the fact is the delusional lot are you lot,
or part of the Saudi 2030 vision?
And there is the truth - the majority would not! That is the only point I wanted to hear. I have no doubt some of your fan base would disconnect.....some of ours will have, but the majority would not. That is the only point that was relevant. They always say that we wouldn’t come out in disgust. Your comparison actually insinuates that MBS owning NUFC is comparative to Hitler owning themOk, will have one try at a different angle, you have another thread with a sore tof fan love in with Man City (not sure of the background but it is there), you dismiss their owners with a pinch of salt, owners not that dissimilar to ours!

see above, I don't need to reply now as one of your own has had the decency to admit where your fan base would stand had the roles been reversed. My word. Youre incredibly sportswashed arent you
Off your trot then.see above, I don't need to reply now as one of your own has had the decency to admit where your fan base would stand had the roles been reversed.
Clever spin......but history shows what Germany did, history shows what KSA did or does, but things have to start somewhere.........Your comparison actually insinuates that MBS owning NUFC is comparative to Hitler owning them
If you’re happy with a modern day Hitler owning NUFC then no bother.
