I'm still waiting for a reply about getting my money back after we purchased the wrong seat for my lad.Still a joke trying to contact the ticket office, pathetic from us like, no reply to emails phone lines not even on, can’t turn up at the ticket office because delboy and Rodney have closed it. Chancer bastards like.
Been three works for me mate, the phone lines ain’t working the communication from the club is terrible at the minute I know that Chris lad is working his arse off but they shouldn’t be putting it all on him. Phone doesn’t even connect making me think it’s not on. Get some more staff working or in on a busy period not rocket science. My step son had a 21/22 season card and wasn't going to renew but changed his mind. Given we still have the physical card and want the same seat (which was available) I emailed asking if they could just reactive that card rather than waste plastic (and money) printing a new one. Took them four days to reply one sentence "please go online to buy season cards". It's like they didn't even read what I had said. I have a feeling it’s just down to under staffing which is disappointing, when you actually get through to someone they’re generally spot on in my experience....still waiting for a reply. What a shit show behind the scenes we are.
