First game of the season July 30th this year ffs. What a nonsense.

That'll be us missing the first game if we're home first as already away that weekend.

Had not realised until just before..
Lots of people will be missing games this season for summer holidays, more than usual, with the early start. I'm expecting to miss maybe two games, or three if unlucky with early midweek fixtures.

I'm away for 2 weeks in September so was already expecting to miss potentially 2 games in that period.

Annoying about the July start mind....personally hoping we're away first....:lol:

Will probably lend SC to a family member for the games I can't attend, next best thing.

We are already at 28,300 average before we sell a single matchday seat.

I would be very happy if we can get near 30,000 ST, as that would push us above Leicester into 12th best supported team in the country.

Then we can concentrate on taking over Leeds and Chelsea to take back our place in the top 10. 😉
Be a lot more than 1200 away fans on average, a number of clubs will bring 3000 if that’s the maximum we allocate them
 
I need to contact the ticket office regarding my season card, is it open at all? tried the phone numerous times and emailed them.

Every aspect of that side of the club has been beyond bad since Donald n them took over

kLD done nout to resolve it

They are totallly driven by money on those decisions as they know fans will come regardless, so it’s just a skeletal staff and service, can’t see that changing either

Every time ive emailed theyve answered within hours or if ive done it past 5 I have a response first thing in the morning

Agreed, it's ridiculous how impossible it is to get in contact with someone. It's my fault for not realising my SC direct debit hadn't gone out on the 1st May until the other day but just desperate to get it sorted.

Hearing that you emailed 10 days ago and no reply doesn't fill me with confidence I'll hear anything back from mine.

I messaged Chris Waters on Twitter who is always fantastic but understandably don't expect him to get back in touch asap, he will be weighed down with emails, he deserves a break anyway!

Hard to disagree about this. I also emailed without reply for 10 days or so. They decimated the resources in the ticket office and the poor staff remaining can barely keep their heads above water, from what I can tell. Obviously the play-offs were a very busy time and they have a backlog of enquiries around season tickets and no doubt other things.

Best advice I've seen on here is to email them with your phone number and request a call, seems to be the best approach to getting stuff sorted out if you can't do it online.

I'm in the same boat, they renewed the bairns and not mine for some daft reason and hadn't realized. We wanted to move to the West Stand and the seats were going quick so to avoid missing out I've had to create 2 new accounts and buy 2 new season cards. Once I can actually speak to them they better get my points shifted on to the new account. Proper fck on, so frustrating man.

I am away early september, to may miss a home game or 2.
I am also away on may 6th next year, last game of the season, hope theres nothing riding on thst one.
However, have firestick, will travel.

Don’t know how old you are but I think it is very unfair for our older supporters that may not be computer literate.
