Saw a few people pass cash directly over which went straight Into back pocketsI was lucky mate, had a few at the the spoons at Baker Street, then in Wembley I got a couple of pints and the divvy serving us forgot to charge me. Best result of the day that
The bar I went to was just cans, so easy doneSaw a few people pass cash directly over which went straight Into back pockets![]()
Sorry to hear that mate, but you cannot legislate for wankers sadly.Without doubt you are class, always have been in my eyes.
Thursday night a contrast, a friend has a cut above his eye being hit by a bottle, kids with Mums terrified as the Police and stewards were more interested in whether we were going to get on the pitch.
Collected my lads flag with goading and insults, can take all that but throwing bottles cowardly.
A few of our players were punched and kicked.
Port Vale have not apologised once, not once.
Hope we play them again though next season.
Glad to hear it. Not cool in front of kids imo.Lad was arrested yesterday for doing drugs in his seat. Expensive day out x
Bloke got dragged out first half in our block (531) by some heavy handed met police officers. No idea why but they went for him right enough.Mad the amount of police they put between the fans and the pitch, didn't see one person even try to get over the barrier or have to be dragged away
Was that the 8.00 out of Kings Cross? If it was, and you went to Newcastle, it arrived 37 minutes late so we can claim half the fare back (it's an ill wind ..........)Absolutely loved getting off the train with everyone singing and bairns obviously there for the first time just looking around in absolute amazement. Their little faces man
There was one random Wycombe fan in our tube carriage on the way there. Someone started a chant about can you see any Wycombe fans, and he squatted down and tried to hide! He got a massive cheer, then we ended up singing Wycombe fans wear chinos everywhere they go (as he had chinos on) and Wycombe fans say hello (in a cut glass accent) everywhere they go. He was absolutely ill laughing and loving it!
A Wycombe family jumped on the Tube on the way back. They were really nice too. Had a lovely chat swapping away day stories and wishing each other well for next season. He was gutted he'd never been to the SOL and is hoping for a cup draw so he finally gets to attend!
Apart from the smoke bomb on the train, everyone was well behaved and I didn't see any aggro at all.
Or you could give it to suicide prevention charity called CALM who try to help young menWas that the 8.00 out of Kings Cross? If it was, and you went to Newcastle, it arrived 37 minutes late so we can claim half the fare back (it's an ill wind ..........)
That was probably the same lad seen snorting coke . Someone must have reported himBloke got dragged out first half in our block (531) by some heavy handed met police officers. No idea why but they went for him right enough.
Cheers mate. Really couldnt be blocking their view. Lad about 6 and lass about 8 in block 130. Thankfully those in front sat as well . Some were getting grief about 4 rows in front but in truth the ones getting grief were only standing cos couple in front of them were standing. To be fair mate this is a decent gesture.
Four pricks in front of me stood despite a lot of children behind him.
The stewards asked them politely, they were horrible towards them and continued to do as they pleased.
Poor kids
To be fair, the ban on drinking on Wembley Way (does anyone really call it Olympic Way?) helped the atmosphere in and out of the stadium. All good natured with Wycombe supporters and the police.

So we all just sat , but understandably kept up now and then.
Or even leapt up, which would have the meaning you inferred....*Lept up not kept up as that has whole new meaning ha.
I went with me mate who’s mam passed away last week. When we score I literally pick the bairn up and away I go. But yesterday was different. Did me mental stuff and had to have teary hug with him. No one was asking why’s he crying. Other fans patting him on the back gave him a hug. Magic and sadness combined. We are a loyal breed, we may be rough around the edges but yesterday was a magical one for all feeling!Me being an emotional mess atm I got teary a few times yesterday. Proud and happy tears.
To make up for it I'm gana do some manly stuff today.
Was on the bus for about, 3 minutes driving through town last night at 11pm and saw one bloke on floor getting kicked in head from young lad and two others rolling about the floor.I saw more dickheaded behaviour in the taxi que in Sunderland at 1 am than I had all f***ing day at Wembley. And that was by normal Saturday night town pissheads.
May see you there. My exemplary behaviour in corporate means I’m first reserve for next weekend……both games! Mind if so I’ll be eating this time as there’s nee tension involved. Couldn’t face owt but the cheesecake and chocolate tart at HT yesterday.Aye he was class!
Would you do it all again next weekend? Well we are as the wife is a bloody Port Vale fan so we’re back down again for part two!
The one drawback to all these bairns getting bitten by the bug is less chance of a ticket for the CL final in three years time. It is what it is as head coaches seem to say a lot nowadays.Don’t mind admitting it I was gone after the 2nd goal. Took my 2 lads (13 & 4) and daughter (8) they’ve now all got the the bug.
Driving back now and class seeing all the scarves and flags on the way up!
Or even leapt up, which would have the meaning you inferred....
