I said it would never go through unless they resolved the piracy issue, and I was right. There was no way this was not going to be resolved in any case with the Arab Cup and WC on Saudi doorstep. All of the other stuff was "noise" - that was the only firm obstacle as the other owners weren't going to have the mags at the table when the owners were pirating their product.
