That wasn’t what I was getting at, the long game that’s been at play for the last 20 years is all linked… soft power & influence through bought MPs & financed media.

I think this is the first time I’m ever going to say this but I also think he handled it well. I really admired the lasses passion but unfortunately we are doing what we can. It’s not just up to us is it. She had a point about Abramovich like. We could chase him and seize his assets.

I often think back to 1973 cup final, Porterfields goal and montys save are considered to be what won the game but that tackle by Richie Pitt on Alan Clarke early on was a small but significant factor
