If not earlier, the Annexing of Crimea gave him a Southern route into Ukraine. He has pretty much surrounded Ukraine, built up his forces and then struck when he felt he could get away with it.

Yes, the Russian knacker was on 22 mins ago (bowt 8:45pm) as you can rewind it. First thing he says is "The Russian Federation voted against the draft resolution submitted in connection with the fact that its sponsors proposed that it be registered that the Security Council failed to exercise its primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security."

You missed interfering in democratic elections and funding the Tory party. I think it is time for state funding to avoid undue influence like this.
