If he's only being offered till the end of the season he's really got to back himself. I wouldn't be surprised after meeting Speakman and being fed the philosophy if he just waited for a desperate Championship club.

It's a good opportunity to do something here, but chances are he'll be out of work again in a year so if it isn't that attractive he might just not bother.
