Why do we like to wait for new signings to start games when they are fit, surely we need to integrate them ASAP and home to bottom of the league is perfect time to do so.

Possibly because if they are not fully fit they could easily get injured and this board would be in meltdown saying that players shouldn't be started until fully fit.
