I thought it was pretty meh personally. I was a bit disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. The crowd was oddly quiet throughout too.

I think there is a few factors to this , 1st is there was a blizzard outside so not everyone who was going could get there.
2nd after the false finish I assume everyone in that arena thought punk was winning and thirdly when it was getting close to the end people thought it was going to become draw.

This has nothing today with Wednesdays show but I’ve noticed mind when you watch on FITE the sound is not as good in comparison to watching it on tbs/tnt, I guess the sound mixer they use isn’t very good, but you have the caveat of watching adverts if you go the tbs route.

Anyone heard the wierd rumours about Shane?

The language that's going around doesn't make sense. He isn't being "let go by WWE", he isn't talent. He is the family, he just did some work for the family business. If it wasn't good, he'd just step back. There wouldn't be any "you're fired" type noises.

And now there's rumours about him "being fired" and "bringing WCW back". And the idea is that its an "AEW killer" promotion.

Probably nothing, but its fun anyway.
