I don't think it's fraud mind.

It's typical of a business ownership transaction - I bought a shareholding in the company I work for and funded it by borrowing the money from the company. I'll just pay back the money when I sell the shares.

There is no point in handing over cash anywhere if you don't need to.

Exactly- sell!!!

Furthermore - I suspect you weren't expected to inject equity in each year?

For ever 100m they spend (unless they fund it with loans from PIF) she has to stump up 10%.

Original - 33 + 10m w/c + 10% of 75m is over 50m she is in hock for now.

How long can she borrow at that level? Will the sale be to PIF or will the entire 100% go?

It is all very murky.

I'm not - but I'd guess neither is she.

That business should bring in enough money to fund itself.

Interesting. Haven’t actually seen this confirmed yet, but would explain the delay.

Would say a lot if they’ve refused to meet the required payments again imo

More likely waiting on the nod from Riyadh

In my (admittedly limited) dealings with Saudis, things run very slowly, with authority always seemingly needed from someone higher up.

I think deadline day could be a damp squib if it's the same way with PiF... they'll get loads of deals missed at the last minute

Sorry mate I think you’ve mistaken what I meant.

I said she was a fraud as in she’s a chancer not what she has done is fraud

As someone who spends a lot of time looking at football club balance sheets - it won't. It will need new equity to fund transfers and new infrastructure spend at least in the next 3-5 years. MA ran it at virtually breakeven. They will improve commercial side but a few players on 120k p/w will eat into that.

So she is either diluted or she stumps up.

It's things like this that make me cringe. But as a Sunderland fan I suppose I'm pre-programmed to be negative.

They'd never heard of him till the bid came in. They're hyping him up as the best player in the world.

Now he might be, and the signs are that he will improve the squad. But its no guarantee. There's a hell of a lot of clubs had expensive flops, we know it as well as anyone.
Telling that none of the Big Clubs were in for him

Wasn’t this lad meant to be the dogs bollocks before moving to the Spurs? Never looked anything other than average in the PL now possibly replacing the lad the Mags want in the farmers league

Right on bro. If you're gonna be aggressive, you have to expect a bit back. Or you could have a discussion. You were lied to by Johnson , Farage and Cummins. Now the latter 2 have disowned all responsibility and left Johnson to take the blame for his deal that has hung us all out to dry. Im not your enemy mate. You're looking in the wrong direction.
.. Wtf has that got to do with anything? I hate the Tories and Labour ffs. You do know that 60 odd percent in Sunderland voted for it, including many Labour supporters .. Like I said, keep your shit for the polotics forum ..

Not to mention after the Brexit vote Nissan has plans to expands Nissan, employ 30% more staff, set up a 20GW electric farm and build all electric vehicles out of Sunderland as it cheaper to produce cars outside of The EU...

Not to mention the electric vehicle plant in Northumberland...

Were looking at about an extra 50,000 (direct and indirect) UK jobs alone over the next 10 years thanks to Nissan decision to invest in Sunderland thanks to brexit.

Don't post anything positive about Brexit... That goes against your agenda mate
