Played 3 games this year so far. Shot 69 and 72. Played 9 holes this afternoon and started bogey, double and then went birdie, birdie, birdie. Ended up level par for 9 holes. Finished the season on 3.0 and touched 2.8 briefly. So I'd love to have a good go and see if I could get down to around 2.5..

I got an 84 and missed around 8 putts so could have been soooo much better. Conditions were fantastic up here in fife like

I got a callaway xr hybrid last year, it looks and feels nice, but alas I cannot use it. May aswel use a cucumber

I left the hybrid like, Stocks were poor in American golf. Got me 5 wood and 64 degree lob wedge to add to my 60 degree.

Equipment range is poor in their at the moment but decent sale on clobber like.

64 degree, some impressive lob shots with that. I bought a new 52,56 & 60 degree over Xmas. SM8’s

Love my 60. Really consistent with full swing shots. Thought I’d try a bigger loft and see what I’m like with it. Those half wedge shots are tricky for lengthy.

How far you getting with your 60. Just a natural gentle swing gets me around 40 to 50 yards. Just asking for comparison

Might be getting my motor serviced nextdoor in next fortnight if you fancy a knock!

Thinking about starting again, used to be 8 handicap when I was younger and working as an assistant pro, left the job and kind of fell out with Golf, never went back for more than the odd game. I retire at 55 in April so thinking about starting again.

the lad in their was a reet arsehole last time I was in, just fking rude. Our lass was telling me to let it go. Nee chance.

Got two midweek rdo next 2 weeks, sorted for next week and playing the filly early doors on Thursday 3rd, but appreciate that a hike for you Marra.....anyone fancies a knock @Major give is a shout, @Old Prestonian if your a doubter come and see , although take a few yards of for the cold, I’m bang a average btw.
