My immediate thought, it just proves how moronic their support is - clinging to an old victory that a) is a shadow of the record 9-1 and b) six in a row the other way since. It is like the way they think using Adam Johnston still holds sway given they not only had a coach who was a paedophile but have owners that murder children by the bus load and abuse significant sections of their society.

I’m afraid they don’t do logical thinking Mac 😞

How much money are they actually throwing about? Plenty talking about them offering Trippier silly money, but if reports are to be believed, he's getting £100k a week. That's among the top earners at a lot of clubs, but most clubs who have top-half aspirations are paying multiple players that sort of money.I
I wouldn’t take notice of “reports “ marra.
I could report my “ source” says he’s on 200k a week depending on my agenda-appeal to whoever wants it to be that much -get a load of likes -when in fact I haven’t got a scooby and my only sauce near the financial side of the Saudis is the ketchup in my fridge .
Say what people want to hear

Ive sent an email to sky sports. Asking why he’s so pro Newcastle and very anti Sunderland.
Tried that ages ago. Good luck. They basically denied any bias in their coverage of north east football. I replied asking if they watch their own output or see what he posts on social media. No reply. Sky are as complicit in this sportswashing as the mags.
