Both those players, along with Trippier, are enormous upgrades on their current squad.
They are when they are fit and have played loads of games but them 2 haven't. They need players who are ready to get stuck in straight away. They need wins asap

Agree - all three excellent players. But mercenaries who think they are doing you a favour destroy moral. It will be interesting viewing.

They do, but their squad is a shambles. It's a definite gamble but in their position I'd rather my team had a stab by throwing the money they've got at it than their current limp to relegation.

Put it this way, I think they've got more chance of getting wins with them in their side than they do without.

The author of this shite is the biggest, saddest, most ignorant stinking Mag I've possibly ever come across...and there have been a few. I wonder if he actually was there that day? I'm guessing not. It appears they took over but that's not what I saw. My greatest memory of that day when I was in the clock stand paddock and a kid in the Gillingham end had a black & white shirt on and was on the shoulders of another kid. Someone launched a golf ball at him and hit him square on the head. It was f***ing glorious

As we know all too well.

It's definitely a concern for them during their early days of spending. City went through their share of mercenaries too. Though in fairness, we never signed players with the quality of Dembele or Umtiti. We signed Papy Djilibodji, Jeremain Lens + Ola Toivenen.

Wow! So he won't be able to play until March??
He doesn’t have to as long as they can brag about how much he’s costing them and the old, plays for engerlund tha knaars.

Got their Club back 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Have they?
Good luck with that. Bugger all will happen.

Exactly mate. Southampton will be told to STFU.

Wouldn’t you think being as they are the richest club in the world, on the cusp of greatness that we wouldn’t even be on their radar. And yet…..
We own them. Every second of every day. That six in a row broke them more comprehensively than fat mick ever could.
Better fans and better people, and it tears them apart.

Good grief. They're having a reunion for those who attended Roker Park in 1987

:lol::lol::lol:
Wonder if they’ll do the same for all the other games of ours they attend. Dense isn’t in it. Do they never tire of making themselves look and sound stupid. Darwin would have had a field day with that lot.
The Mag seems to be a haven for the stupid to express their stupidity on a daily basis.

Reckon we'd do the same? I can't see it like.

Cascarino - Millwall wanker.

The other thread just got shut down. Seems criticising mags or their owners isn’t the done thing any more. Maybe MBS or Boris has been on the blower.
Christ almighty, its really wounded you this takeover mind, worse than anyone else on here, I'm going to pop you on ignore just incase i accidentally interact with you and tip you over the edge, dear me

You lot deflecting and defending a murderous regime is the best thing that’s happened since your last embarrassing episode - so September.

It will be even better if/when they buy Inter.

By the way it’s currently safe to reply to the jihadis.

They're definitely proof that we've got to the end of Darwin's timeline, and many have started to work their way back down it.
