not usually my scene, but I agree with parts of this, clearly eased out, no coincidence
Been in cricket for 50 years man, never put a foot wrong, we seem to have lost the inability to talk about issues openly, feels like people just waiting for someone to make a mistake, then its a "gotcha" look at how bad he is. then that cricket podcast grassing up like a bloody schoolboy or someit.
Not said much on the Yorkshire issue, but I think the DCMS hearing was a big mistake, just ended up with people getting called out with no right to reply, Bumble being one of them. I dont see how that is fair. Its like having a trial and stopping after the prosecution rests it case.
Clearly unacceptable things have gone on at Yorkshire, but politicians got on board and the ECB never got to conduct their enquiry.
Very uncomfortable with how it ended up personally.
