Big drop in the attendance yesterday

Dropped from 31k against Ipswich to 26k yesterday. Yes lots of people skint this time of year and xmas parties and xmas shopping etc but that’s still a hell of a drop. It’s just goes to show the supporters on here who are happy with the way the side are performing at the moment and a critical of those who criticise Johnson are in fact the minority not the other way around. The fans are voting with their feet.

this. Fans have had enough of pound shop footballers in a pound shop league with a pound shop manager who is conducive

I gaurantee the OP wont be on posting about the crowd after the Sheff Wed game, stating how the fans are clearly now fully behind LJ and the lads after we pull in the highest crowd in League One this season (or most seasons).

Might have more to do with electronic ticket sales and the ticket office not being open very often, no hard tickets and no cash sales (did I mention the club shop not being open). The COO Steve Davison and his administration team seem to know more than everybody else (think they are clueless knackers in retail management terms), see how we get on on the run up to Christmas.
The least thing that I am worried about is the footballing structure at the club and the first team, as this seems to have improved especially at home.

Nobody's going to go spur of the moment as there's no cash turnstiles

Tbf, I tried to get rid of my SC for the Ipswich game as just had hernia op. Must have offered it foc to 8/9 lapsed fans and no interest. That sums it up for me

2200 tractor boys, 300 Oxford.

Plus, people had booked weekends away when it was a free weekend.

Plus, we have been playing shite.

22000 s card holders so probs really only a drop of cupla those paying on the day. Not bad really.

Wonder how many PL clubs and Chship attendances we beat regardless ?
Think Watford had 26k against City

Have you ever posted a positive thread? You're either a mag or just a miserable kűňť. Which is it?

The fixture being arranged late will be the major one. We have a lot of fans that travel to games.

I'd also say the rise in COVID cases and the new strain will put people off going.
