Being angry is fine. Not knowing that stabbing someone is f***ing mentalist behaviour is not.

lives of the girl, her family and friends yes, not the lives of the four lads though, they'll have a whale of a time in their young offenders home, canoeing, mountain biking, rock climbing etc, taught by some left wing luvvie, who knows deep down they're all good lads, just a bit misguided, then let out by the time they're 18, they'll all look back and laugh about it one day, seriously, they will, and there lies the problem with our society! if she has been fatally stabbed and the one that struck that blow can clearly be identified by cctv, then he should be killed, this would send out the right message that this behaviour will not be tolerated, instead of the message that we currently send out, which is that it will. sad times.
 
Until the punishment fits the crime nothing changes.

Without any facts whatsoever you get an idea as to what type of parents these kids belong to.
Scum breed scum and if this offends some then sorry that’s my opinion.

Sick to death of the “do-gooder” society we have become.
Need radical wholesale changes, it’s becoming almost impossible to settle when your loved ones are out of sight.
Government after Government failure after failure. Rant over.
 
horrendous crime, all of them children, all of them destroyed, the parents must be held accountable and any other children they have safeguarded somehow, desperate situation

Fuck me. Political point scoring over this.
A girl has been murdered FFS. If you have a problem with the penal system, blame the system. Don't go bringing politics into it.

You're also suggesting that the state executes a child.
Maybe turn the computer off and go for a walk yeah? This is an awful case but bringing more death into it won't solve anything.

IMHO, if found guilty they should all be given life terms.

Don't agree with the killing of children but I do agree they need harsher punishment rather than their incarceration being relatively easy.
They should have to do that hard assed American style drill camp, that is pretty relentless tbh.

If a boy of 14 or 15 sees fit to stab a 12 year old girl to death I don't think they will change much into adulthood, if you give them a life sentence ( I assume you mean for life) who pays to keep them for the next 70 years or so, and in your infinite wisdom what do you do when all the jail's are full? Just let some out? To make room for the never ending stream of scum our society is breeding? Killing a child is harsh I agree, but I stand by what I said as it's the only way to cure society, that innocent 12 year old girl is never going to have a life now and her family will live with it for the rest of theirs, why should the person who cruelly and deliberately took it away fare any better?
