I don't just mean to survive, I mean to live a basic but normal life
I own my house, have solar panels, grow food in my allotment and have chickens. I'd still have council tax and utilities, mobile phone to pay and extra food. It would be weird doing without a car. holidays and nights out, but I'd still be able to have a decent life. How ?
Deffo entitled to something if she was registered with HMRC for at least 26 weeks of the 66 weeks before the bairn's due and she has paid at least 13 weeks worth of Class 2 NI Contributions in those 66 weeks. Class 2 NI is £3.05 / week and if she hadn't paid 13 weeks she could even 'top up' her contributions to ensure she gets a bit more.
Holy poo..we've found the gent with the free eggs at long lastI own my house, have solar panels, grow food in my allotment and have chickens. I'll admit that that would be dependent on having the stuff I own at the minute and not starting from scratch.
Even less look /\In the North East you'd manage easily on £1500 a month

I've put every spare penny I've had for years into paying off my house, which will be done next Feb. Will have about £800 per month disposable after that.
Almost nothing as I said all spare money goes on the house payments. If I was paying the normal amount it would be around £400 a month. Not being funny but how much disposable income do you have now?

Ah no. Was a while ago. Certain poster suggested there's no reason for people to struggle to feed their families as most of us have neighbours with chickens and so eggs to give awayI've read through and seen the scotch egg thing now so soz . I'm still non the wiser what it was about though.
