Does it? It's Howe who is tasked to keep Newcastle up. On paper is he a better manager than say Steve Bruce? 😂

Any director of football can identify players easily enough. Getting them to sign for a team at the bottom of the premier league is the problem. Obviously a few mercenaries will be queueing up but they aren't going to be much help in a relegation scrap.
 

With Howe appointed the rumour mill of signings is in full swing. Rumors circulating that the mags will be in for a current premier league star at knockdown price. The NUFC hierarchy are said to be ready to 'snap their hands off,' although it is unclear if that has anything to do with the potential new signinh

TBF that's quite an important thing to have in football. Unless they sign half a dozen Januzaj types then the chances of 'em surviving should be pretty high.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see then, I highly doubt it but I'm no expert in these things and I wouldn't be that suprised if indeed it did happen.
