I have my personal views on team members performances in individual games and overall as most fans do. However common sense tells me that they will not improve if vile criticism is levied at them, so I just avoid it.

The difference is AOB is not worth anywhere near what he gets paid, and Gooch is a joke and has been for ages, scoring at Wembley gave him another year's worth of employment.

To me it's an ongoing process with every player.
As you say we're paying Gooch, and the rest, so I prefer to get the most out of them during their contract. I've been at games when the crowd has applauded him off the pitch so there's a player there imo.
We've seen how players can go in and out of form and favour. McGeady went from a disinterested and lazy waste of money to most valuable player and back again. O'Nien has been the same during his time here as have other players, even Stewart was declared shite at one point.
Our squad is all we have and we need to keep working on the training pitch to get the most out of it.
Just my opinion, I don't expect anyone to agree.

Agree, he has found a bit of consistency, hope it continues. I thought Pritchard was too lightweight for this league, but over the moon to be proven wrong.

He's a good squad player, his ability to cover several positions has proven to be a plus during our injury crisis.

He is, he isnt going to be a top player for us but his versatility is a huge asset, especially given our lack of options.
He can be frustrating to watch but I'm pretty sure he had been fairly high on the list of goal and assists since we have been in this league. At least until this season.
He is a useful squad player with limited ability, some of the abuse he gets on here is ott imo.

He’s very effective at this level - and seems genuinely dangerous when he’s on that left hand side. A place in the starting XI is his to lose right now.

Thought he wasted a couple of good opportunities yesterday shooting rather than passing, still he was fine overall. Above average L1 player, doubt he'll be here next season if we get promoted.
