We are all, including me, guilty of branding players as “shite”. Reality is they are all really good footballers. Burge is a good goalkeeper, Gooch is a good player as is AOB. However the question is what level they are at and whether they can contribute to a team with high aspirations.

It's not always the obvious contributions that are important.
