You mean Newbiggin’s (Northumberland coast) John Hall who worked for a Sunderland based estate agency and lived in Thornhill Terrace opposite St.Anthony’s School and whose son and daughter attended Thornhill School and the bloke who once he made his money on the MetroCentre project initially moved to Low Fell, Gateshead and tried to shit all over Sunderland as much as possible, showing zilch interest in helping the area where he was based when he first became a millionaire?

That John Hall? The man who tried to allegedly stand in the way of the SOL being built with help from the Tyne and Wear Development Corporation who suggested the site to Bob Murray who actually wanted a football ground/shopping complex near Nissan off the A19? That John Hall?

The John Hall who fucked off Durham Wasps and Sunderland Basketball team to bring them to his failed Barcelona like sporting institution, a dream that died in flames.

John Hall the family man who recently got behind the takeover of NUFC by a human rights abusing, journalist murdering, School bombing set of absolute horrors?

Canny bloke eh?
Prince among men. The only thing he gave two f**ks about was his bank balance
He also shafted dozens of small businesses in the construction supply chain of the metro centre by delaying contract payments. The blokes a complete and utter c_unt.
The civil engineering contractor my brother worked for almost went under because of that bent kernt.

There's absolutely no risk of the Premier League imposing sanctions or expelling the club in my opinion. What evidence do you think is going to come to light that makes the Premier League think 'wow, it turns out that PIF whose entire board is made up of Saudi Government officials isn't independent from the Saudi state after all, who'd have thought it?!'?

It's all out there already, it's clearly corrupt and it's frankly insulting that that's the best they bothered to come up with to justify allowing the takeover to go through.

The only way that changes is that the Saudis some how lose the power and influence they have over our own corrupt Government and that isn't happening any time soon.
Not a chance of them ever being sanctioned. They have government approval to do as they wish.
yep that was me,

basically showing how us mags are the most quick witted and humorous bunch in the country ;)
If wit was shit you’d be constipated.

I sometimes wonder if John Hall, a man who I believe genuinely cares for the NE, ever looks at the madhouse and regrets creating it.

He's the son of an Ashington miner and, NUFC apart, hasn't done that much wrong imo. You can argue that the Metro Centre is another ugly monster but it creates employment, etc.

John Hall must look at the tea towel wearing Saudi flag-waving imbeciles and wonder if they're presenting a good image of his homeland.
The only things John Ha'll is interested is himself and money!

Let's hope the LGBTQ community keep this up. Shame on the NUFC Pride group.
Interesting that the club have contacted them to ask if there’s going to be a protest. Shitting themselves, better get used to it.

‘The Newcastle chair basically came back and said: ‘Newcastle aren’t happy. If you’re going to do a demo that’s fine but let us know beforehand so we’re aware of it and it doesn’t come as a surprise and they can prepare a response.’

They said straight off that they wanted to collaborate with the new owners. And that looks like the classic work of the collaborator. It's appalling.
