80% gives them complete control over any resolutions that need shareholder approval. The only real impact is in accounting for profits (or losses) in the books of companies holding the shares, in that PIF can only take 80% into account.

I'm not surprised in the slightest and knew this would drag on as it's not going the way the mags thought. I don't think even Howe will go there as there's too much attached to the job compared to say Aston Villa if Smith gets the sack. The same will happen in January with players when they get linked with loads but they knock them back.

In time, I expect it will go to shit as it's not going to go the way the mags thought by simply hoying money at recruitment. They can only hoy so much at bringing in so many players before they run of of 'legit' revenue spend. The lack of success and exposure means a lack of revenue increase and therefore no continous big spending (without fiddling). That is unless they unearth more St Maximum's they can sell on for a profit as I think he will be away by the end of the season given his comments the other day.

Don't know which way this Emery thing is going to fall but it seemed really odd yesterday they decided to leak it like they did, especially with him having a game in a few hours and it being the same day as Conte going to Spurs.

Stavely is the public face of the owners and intermediate IMO and Jamie Rueben get to develops things related to the club as the 2 brothers are already in the area with other things (

What they struggle to grasp is, they are in a relegation battle. What top manager wants (i) a potential relegation on their CV or (ii) having to do a major rebuild in the Championship.

They need at least 7 points from the next five games or they are fucked.
