But if they start to invest then AS and RB's will need to match the owner equity else be watered down. So if they inject 100m has AS got 10m to inject. Over time they will be 100% owners and having AS/RB as partners was strictly strategic.
I thought that wasn't always the case? In some cases shares are protected so they wouldn't be able to do that. In that case the Saudis would have to put in loans, rather than getting more shares (that way they could put in £100m, the others would put nothing in, all would keep their current shareholding, but obviously the £100m plus any interest would be owed to PIF in its entirety). I'm sure that was discussed when KLD came in, in terms of whether or not he could effectively force Donald and Co out. Haven't heard how the mags deal was set up so they might not be able to get rid too easily

I am pretty sure owner equity is needed for FFP rather than debt.

Shambles this like, leaking Bruce’s sacking as soon as they took over but making him wait a week before doing it. Then taking an age to replace him.
Nobody wants the job mate. They’re trying to poach managers from teams competing in the Champions League to take on a team in a relegation battle.

They’re not targeting the right kind of manager anyway imo. They’re forgetting they’re in a relegation battle with a shit squad. Bringing someone in who wants to play pretty football probably isn’t going to work.
