It's pretty hard to find the city ones, and mainly they're young kids
If you Google Man City fans arab fancy dress, pictures of Newcastle fans come up.
Newcastle fans in their hundreds wore masks and fancy dress In support of the murdering regime.
City have had years to dress up and I couldn't find more than what you did (bar a couple of young kids) Google Newcastle Saudi fancy dress and there are thousands. Literally thousands.

The Chelsea one is just Chelsea fans wearing a soldiers hat.

Also, I mentioned that I have heard that dealing with KSA takes time, as every decision technically has to be "taken or okayed" by someone who has been put in position by mbs personally. Just so it reinforces the idea that mbs decides everything.
I'm not sure we in this country can truly understand the mindset of KSA and how things work there, as we have nothing anywhere near it

The rules are the rules. If that means a sale take place, within the rules, what is farcical?
Is it farcical that the rules are now obviously not fit for purpose?

You think it is legitimate for a state to kill people on the basis of their sexuality? Or kill women for the crime if being raped? What about the extra judicial murder of people in foreign countries? They killed JK in Turkey. Would it be legitimate for them to send over one the PIF planes and murder you? Fair game, fair dos?

Do you feel nothing for your fellow man as long as your own nest is feathered?

No, I just think that the Middle East will never adopt a society that's acceptable to western culture. They've been butchering each other for thousands of years. If anyone from there offered megabucks to have Sunderland competing with the best in Europe I would take it. Maybe it's just I don't have morals or care as much as everyone else.

Farcical because your murderous owners failed the rules. Yet now they are suggesting a change to the rules to appease Amnesty, despite said rule change "officially" not even applying to Newcastle as the company is "separate" from the Headchoppers.
