ah well , open season with banners it is then .You must be logged on to see external linksAs you were with those tea towels then.
The banner doesn't imply that at all tbh. The banner has a Saudi on it with "PIF", the quotation marks clearly there to show that everyone knows the PL is talking shit when they pretend there's separation and that actually we all know it's the Saudi regime in charge. That being the case, it is clearly being implied that the Saudi regime, the real owners of NUFC, are responsible for the crimes etc on the banner, and that it should have led to them not being approved to buy a club. If isn't suggesting in any way that all Saudis are responsible for them. To suggest it is is to take a pretty big leap. And I know the post you mean, I criticised it, but this isn't even remotely similarI don't think anyone is stopping people from criticising any brutal regime. The 'facts' whether we like it or not are that the EPL agreed that PIF is separate to the state. However much we disagree and all know it isn't, that's the 'fact'.
This banner, therefore implies that all people from Saudi Arabia are guilty of these crimes and that is discriminatory and racist - they aren't.
This takeover is already spreading hatred. One fella on a thread on here earlier stated he hated all Arabs or words even worse but to that effect which was removed.

One point from 6 since the Saudis took over, they’ll beheading to the championship if they don’t pull their fingers out. They’re losing their heads over this
We'd have happily sold our soul if in a similar situation.

A fine post.
I’ve done a lot of soul searching over this. I was genuinely jealous initially, at the idea of their vast wealth, as we all know you need that to compete at the top. I’ve had to educate myself around the Saudi regime. Having done that I’m now at peace. I couldn’t support Sunderland with that type of backing and I won’t be hurt if Newcastle start to be successful. I genuinely believed that we as two sets of fans were very similar and that some of the rivalry was overblown. But the classless way they’ve gone on, the posturing about cash, club back, no one understands, ad infinitum, has turned me. Their entitlement knows no shame.
I have a great dislike for Newcastle United now. I wish them complete failure and feel that is what they deserve as a collective fan base.
Or to put it another way- Fuck them.
With I assume his son in his Twitter avatar. Probably a good dad and a decent bloke, usually.@janey - that was the one I was on about yesterday. Normal fella, works in the NHS, married with a kid and he post "well murders happen all the time". Astonishing.
So NUFC tell their fans to stop wearing Arab head dress etc, now they say “do as you see fit”.Well and truly lost the plot!
Like the rest of your club, you are just digging yourself into a massive hole. This is not going to end well either for Newcastle or the integrity of footballI don't think anyone is stopping people from criticising any brutal regime. Saw a mag getting all angry about people commenting on Amanda's face...he said she looks like that because she has Huntington'sPut me mortgage on melted welly face Amanda behind the complaint
Don't be daft man!I only ever visit the Mag when Exile posts a link but I like the format and think some of our posters would benefit from the longer form style of posts (@MackemX being one). I must be feeling very Christian tonight and like to think the author was young and naive. I did browse the replies and Bazooks (?) even through Heysel in when criticised and plenty others defended the author.
I doubt even you actually believe that, simply trying to excuse the inexcusable. Hopefully the other clubs keep at this to further expose just how morally bankrupt your club and fan base have become.I don't think anyone is stopping people from criticising any brutal regime. Intense is not a strong enough word. In the mixed areas it’ll be tasty just walking round the neighbourhoods if they are prancing round like arrogant peacocks with their chests out saying “we’re the richest club in the world yer knaa”.It has definitely galvanised the Sunderland fanbase, talking with the regular folk I have a pint and attend with today the next derby will certainly be more intense whenever it comes round.
Imagine them in their SoL with the tea towels and Saudi flags man![]()

It's not a deflection at all. I actually applaud the Palace fans for taking a stance. Especially for challenging the PL who we all know are corrupt as fuck and who we (newcastle fans) have fought against hard to highlight this. I just think fans need to be careful because otherwise this may just continue to stoke the race baiting that already goes on in pockets of all supporters. We already have emboldened fans on here being racist and having posts deleted, I don't think we need to give anyone the excuse to spew their hatred in this manner. But but but..whatabout whatabout...
Jesus mate
Deflection into overdrive here
Ridiculous. The fact she looks like a terrahawk has got nothing to do with owt.Saw a mag getting all angry about people commenting on Amanda's face...he said she looks like that because she has Huntington's
Not wanting to trivialise her diagnosis, but a plastic looking face isn't a symptom of Huntington's am sure
