About half of them are dead, Wafic Said is actually Syrian, though he has Saudi ancestors. And, crucially, they all own racehorses as individuals, and not via an investment fund directly linked to the KSA head of state, no matter what weasel words they use otherwise.
But those that are alive and part of the House of Saud are OK chaps Grumps? They can chuck as much money at it as they like whilst arranging beheadings so long as they're doing it as individuals.

As far as I can see, they aren't part of the Saudi cabinet. Would horse racing be better off without them? Yes. Is it comparable to the takeover of a Premier League club by the state itself? Not remotely. You're simply indulging in yet another form of whataboutery.

Constraints of what he can spend, not on where he can spend. This isn't a difficult distinction to understand man.
He sold all the good players and bought shite. He was allegedly behind they signing of joelington when it suits the Mags fans narrative.

Why the hell would anyone trust Benitez with money?

 are you kidding? Who has said he was behind the signing of Joelinton?

Couldn’t be further away from jealously. Part shocked it’s been allowed to happen, part disgusted that fans are buzzing about it, part not surprised, as of all fans I’ve met anywhere, it’s Newcastle fans who can’t see beyond the end of their own noses.

Geordie, “Whey, ya cannie be havin a pay day lones company on war top man, it’s just not reet”

Informed they’ve been taken over by one of the most brutal, bloody, evil dictators in the world after the nayshuns campaign

Geordie, “owa lass needs to gan get more tee-towels so I can look proper mint for war new owners at the match on Sarrada, and download Instagram so a can post a load of pic-chaz of uz drinkin cans with towels on me heed”

The inability to look at oneself objectively is above all what makes being a mag a mag, that and delusions of grandeur.

You guys fook this appointment up and see you next year for more horse punching, rioting action when Dan Neil and the lads take the piss at your blood drenched stadium.

FTM & MBS too

Football fans in wanting better for their club shock
No. You didn't want 'better'. You said you just wanted a team that tried. You didn't mean it. You yearn for the days of keegan and hall and terry mac, everybody's 2nd team. Beating Barcelona. Your flame burned brightly but briefly and you were hooked. You left humility behind.

Other teams have shone, some would say Leeds burned as brightly and look how far they fell. I don't recall any MPs asking questions in the commons. Teams have come and gone, spent fortunes to try and survive, just survive. Their supporters all yearning for better yet none as vocal, as pleading or as pitiful as your lot.

I know you'll say not all of you but the world is catching on now. We've known for so much longer.

Well said that man 👍👍👍.

You know the reason for that. Never before has a manager with such an average record who played utterly turgid football for a group of fans that demand to be entertained, been so idolised. He was idolised because he was a big name who had managed truly big clubs and won things. It made you feel big. On a par with the clubs he’d managed previously. Having him as manager satisfied the neediness that is endemic in your support.

i agree.

I don't speak for them, but I'm not so stupid to think Sunderland fans would be any different to the majority of fanbases. You're not inherently classy, you've as many people who're an idiot, a bigot, indifferent or moral as the rest of us. You're not special, none of us are.
We'll agree to differ, the obessive hatred of Ashley & Bruce and your pathetic victim culture, has completely engrossed the fan base. Which fans have suffered worse the the past 10 years the mags, Bury, Macclesfield, Halifax Town, Orient,
Go and wank over your gravy stained tea towels, but don't come on here and try to justify the takeover by saying any other fans would do the same
You'll living with the stain of blood money as long as that murdering scum own the club, get use to it.
In the words of Stalin your fan base has just become useful idiots

Half the mags on here when talking about Bruce's spending.
That's nonsense. Benitez didn't want him and certainly not at £40m, even Ashley says that. It's commonly accepted that Bruce wasn't behind the signing either.
Pretty much all evidence in front of our eyes suggest its not bollocks like. All principles chucked out of the window so a few blood stained trophies can be won with next to zero sporting merit.
>80% of fans who filled in the Athletic survey said they were concerned about the human rights issues. So, you're talking shite.

They just own Juddmonte!

Juddmonte Farms is a farm, owned until his death on 12th January 2021 by of .
