I‘d like to hope there are some who oppose it. But, I suspect the toxic way Mag fans go on, on social media, might stop any who opposed it from speaking out. They’d be given too much shit.

No question that this has happened:

“I couldn't support a team owned by people openly taking out distant relatives that I'll never be able to speak to again. I'd have rather gone and watched Sunderland play,” Parkin said, referring to Newcastle’s local Tyneside rivals.

MEE were in contact with other Yemenis from South Shields who had similar concerns about the takeover, but did not want to speak publicly due to fear of a backlash from local football fans.

The fans can’t decide the owners!!
But they can voice their disapproval
Some supporters trust knob on radio 5 this morning saying they had a poll and 97% satisfaction with new owners
What about the 3%
Great example of group think
You can see how the nazis rose to power but dissenters were eliminated but shown to be correct after the nazis were beaten

We should offer the local Yemenis a free season ticket for the rest of this season as a sign of solidarity.
Maybe also extend the offer to any LGBT NUFC fans, or any other people disgusted by the whole episode.

Just read the sports pages in the Mirror and there is most definitely a playing down of expectations. Some views are quite pessimistic.
Including not having considered player recruitment yet.

😀😀😀

Are the players going to take the knee tomorrow while the commentator pontificates how it's a protest against all discrimination while the fans dance around with tea towels on their heads waving Saudi flags. Wankers
The PL statement
"We remain resolutely committed to our singular objective of eradicating racial prejudice wherever it exists. And to bring about a global society of inclusion, respect and equal opportunities for all."
Aye. Unless ignoring it pays better. Hypocrites.

First time in years I’m going to deliberately not watch the premier league, I can’t stomach the love in it’s going to be, good luck Dave Jones
Are there any sickos planning on watching it?
I've distanced myself from it. I'll be watching the bairn play in goal for Newport u12s instead. I will not acknowledge any success the murderers have. It doesn't count when bought with Blood money

I love how so many words that are used hyperbolically are when applied to this case really quite distasteful.

13 years of purgatory….

I’d rather spend 13 years in purgatory than a day in hell which is where the Saudi regime belong.

But saying I lack moral fortitude isn't demeaning, so you can pass judgement but when it's done to you, you don't like it. I'm using a hypothetical scenario as Sunderland fans are acting like butter wouldn't melt. If safc had been bought by Saudis and there was money to spend to get them back to promotion or winning things there would be jubilation and talks of 7 in a row no doubt. To say otherwise would be lies and frankly laughable. But because it's Newcastle suddenly everyone has the morals of mother Theresa.
No. Your fans lack of morals is plain to see. Your lack of it is obvious due to the fact you say you are horrified by the Saudis yet you don’t seem to know how to deal with it. You can’t judge us really as we haven’t offered ourselves up to despotic murderers. That would be your club. How you perceive the reaction of Sunderland fans is a matter for yourself, whatever that reaction is, whether it’s true or imagined is a direct consequence of the actions of your club. Again you refer to the “if Sunderland”
Well never know will we.
To say that it’s just because it’s Newcastle is true, it is Newcastle that is unavoidable because it’s a fact. It’s not Burnley, it’s not Southampton, or any other club in England, it’s your club. You did it.
Now for the third time. What are YOU going to do?

Agree with Yemenis if neutral

Disagree with any NUFC fans being invited here.
