I’ve been absolutely battered with work being off tomorrow and Friday. Haven’t really given this much of a look.

Did we bowl really well or were they shite? Combination of both?

What a response after day 5 at Lords! Might get a refund for Friday at this rate.

few loose drives with ball just doing enough, hard hands by Indians but perfect length by England

Sibley was rightly dropped, I’ll stick him up for a bit in that he was just bang out of form and when you’re that limited he had no chance

Agreed I bet he’s a nice lad but as you say out of form
And very limited in what he can do when your struggling on your strong points you won’t last.

burns also looks a little more confident than usual

he scored a brilliant 100 in Cape Town which he showed what he can do when in form

there’s some ability there

I think international teams have seen enough of Sibley now that even if he recaptures some form, he shots are too selective and international bowlers will simply just tie him down and stop his already limited scoring shots.
