Very nice. I would leave as many of the original features as possible including the blue bathroom.

There are some really nice bits, but it feels like there is a lot of wasted space too. The office and family room don’t look that big, but the central hall area is massive and empty. The en-suite bathroom is bigger than the other 3 bedrooms, but most of that is empty space. Rearrange the upstairs and it could easily be a 5 bed place.

First one is amazing but grey put a dampener on it, the second one is so rose gold pretentious decoration I could not see anything but evil in the house 🤣

I was looking at properties up in Burton getting an idea of prices and the amount of them that are all grey is just shocking. I found it hard to see past the styling to the bones of the house.
