I've been on loads and loads of meetings with people who can use Buzz words and talk an amazing game. Very few can deliver what thier spouting. I've no problem with LJ being enthusiastic, and talking a player up. But when he talks about a player being a project and adding value I'm like FFS!! Just please LJ get your head down with your coaching team and just work on delivering what you've been spouting on about. I will be the first to hold my hands up and applaud you!!
