Its utter pathetic that people like Morgan and Warner specifically complained about being and going to south africa to represent their country, but see no problem being in this situation with thousands dying a day int he street.

When England were in SA, the cases were plumetting and they were weeks away from most restrictions being over
The issue here is, they are so so short of oxygen n stuff, The Times makes the point that 2 ambulances at every game, just stood there, with oxygen in them

Chennai having a surprisingly good season so far. Du Plessis, never struck me as a T20 player, doing the business. Still plenty to play for outside of the top two

Its easy for me to say like, but is the money really worth it for some of these lads?

the majority of English players cant get a game, stuck in a hotel room not playing cricket in a covid ravaged country.

I understand you want to make a living, but surely you want to play cricket?

I was genuinely stunned Sam Billings was there again, just sat warming the bench, he has thrown his career away, he never ever plays cricket

He finally had a year off from the T20 last year and scored a mass of runs for Kent, because he is a talented players.

Theres about 5 Steve Harpers there

Malan hasn’t played a game, missing again today. Absolutely no point in him being there.

Malan had a really good chance of going to the Ashes, horses for corses, one of our better players off the back foot

I understand life is short, make hay while you can etc, but this seems to extreme IMO

Just saw that. Slightly harsh on Warner as he has been brilliant in the IPL over the past 5 years but is starting to look a bit past his best. Hopefully this has been done so they have an excuse to drop him and Roy can get a game
 
Yeah Warner has looked this season well below his best.

Coupled with that horrendous decision to not open with Bairstow in the super over game means this is no surprise

I thought Hyderabad had good chance this year as good team on paper and good bowling attack

Shows how much I know as they have struggled!
