CC :: Notts v Durham

First match of the season, cantering to a win, still looking for negatives... Who'd be a sports fan

How is this "looking for negatives"?

I've watched nearly every ball of this game and he simply hasn't been on the mark with his - usually impeccable - line and length.

Double jeopardy

It's the first game of the season, I'll. Gladly swap a bit of rust with the ball for his contribution in the first innings with bat which set us up to be in a good position like

Good for you, but irrelevant to my opinion he has had an off game with the ball by his standards.

You were right, he does. He bowls pearlers but then some loose ones. Probably loses a bit of control through trying to bowl fast so it's something you just have to accept within reason.

Massive wicket and always looks a class act at county level does Clarke
Well done Salisbury great reward for an honest toiler who just cracks on with his job.
How do you always get in first with the wickets?

I'm sitting watching this on my TV with tablet in hand, post "get in" and you've already posted the full audit trail. 🤣
You should see him batting!

Fantastic pressure bowling and as I write this he’s nicked off. Get in!

They raced to 85-2 and then went nowhere for a few overs. Not sure whether it was very tight bowling to a plan or Notts sensing the interval coming (or both), but a good low grab by Bedingham from a tempter in the corridor. Massive wicket.

Fastest hands in the west marra.
Now off for lunch. How's this work? Seems inconsistent
Lunch was due at 13:00 but seeing how there was a wicket in the over before lunch they walk off instead of bringing another batsman to the crease.
