Mindless sheep? Quite demeaning that... Most of us were forming our opinion on what was right before our eyes, something that was strikingly obvious. And the observations of the 'mindless sheep' have been proved to be accurate, by our new owner no less. Didn't take Holmes to deduce what Donald and Co. were up to. Killing our club and you were trying to make excuses for them for some unfathomable reason.

To be honest I've found there were far too many people willing to ignore the true spirit of how we've been run for a long while.

Short, Donald, and Methven conspired together to use a huge chunk of the club's money as working capital in their deal - for their own benefit - rather than on running costs for a football club at risk of going bust.

They were all incompetent, opportunistic, arrogant, and ultimately, they all expected that the football club would carry the can for at least some of the debts they accrued running it badly. They all talked about the football club as if it was somehow a poisoned chalice, that it was a sentient being at fault for it's own problems, or that we as fans were the problem. The uncomfortable truth for all of them is that 'it' is actually a company that they - along with Sartori - all had complete control of at one point or another, and that all of it's problems boil down to the quality of their ownership and the people they appointed into positions of power.

They should all go down as people who took us to the brink of extinction and who actively caused the worst 6 years in our history through their mismanagement. Anyone sticking up for them is in complete denial.

Onwards and upwards, I have a much better feeling about our new owner.

Also by their own admission, they didn't do proper due-dilligence when buying from Short, opting for a speedy, back-of-a-fag-packet approach. I suspect they hoped when they flipped the club they would get a buyer who would be similarly gung-ho and unprofessional.
And this notion they've been ploughing money in for the past year...that's what they used the FPP loan for. I was shocked and over the moon when KLD called them out earlier this week.

i am not defending the indefensible, they made massive fuck ups and loads of financial mistakes, but lets be clear on this, although they fucked up CM brought this lot to the table did the deal, and he dragged SD along with him, SD tried to kick and scream, i can quote you lot this, i was there.
"cm said we fucked this up we try to put it right" i have quoted this before.
But lets not let the truth get in the way of a good slagging off.
I am in no way standing up for what SD has done its a load of crap to say the least.

Don’t recall ever seeing an apology from him in the media, through official club channels or via RAWA. I’ve seen lots of self preservation and even unwarranted cases of patting himself on the back whilst in the same breath saying that we - the fans - are the problem. The fact he is despised more than Donald should tell you all you need to know.

Why should fans “move on” when he won’t? Continuing to hang round like a bad smell with his 6% is no good for anyone.

Actually @fyl2u I remember me and you having a conversation about things Donald had said and you asking politely where thee proof was that he'd said certain things and me bringing up links to what had been said.
