Was reading about it yesterday. Said US stance on China may soften which would allow Google to deal with Huawei again but its way down on their list of priorities so won't be happening any time soon.

There is a courtcase kicking off about, huawei are challenging the ban in court but their big gaffer doesnt expect anything to change

Got a p30 pro which is outstanding if I do say so myself.

Even better that it works out as £22pm with EE after loyalty discount and cashback. Unlimited data calls and texts.

I wouldnt have another one.
Battery knacked after 12 months, which would cost more than the price of the phone to fix. Plus they have an annoying app that keeps messaging you that you cant turn off

On the battery you might have been using the wrong charger?

On the pop-ups that sounds unrelated to the device.

Got one mate, but it’s smashed and pointless repairing, and as I’m not a complete walloper and couldn’t really give a shiny flying fuck about gadgets I just want a phone with a camera and something to listen to podcasts and Spotify on, and of course use WhatsApp, Texts and actually speak to someone on.

I had the P30 until last year and replaced it with the P30 Pro. Got to say I'm really impressed with both of them. The cameras really are excellent and the Pro has Dolby Atmos sound which when coupled with Amazon HD music and decent headphones delivers cracking sound. I'm due an upgrade and if it weren't for the Google issue I'd definitely get the P40 Pro. As it is I'm just going to keep the P30 Pro and go sim only as I don't think there's a upgrade out there which delivers something noticeably better.

Upgraded recently from the Mate 20 Pro to the P30 Pro, and I am still pleasantly surprised by how good the Huawei Phones are.

Well if that's the case, they must have supplied the wrong one. So they're shite either way.

It's not unrelated to the device, its Huawei's own app. Theres loads of criticism on websites about it

P30 lite here, canny phone, odd glitch here and there. Got 12 month left, not sure what to get next. If I stay with these lot I'd want the oro for the better camera.

Prior to this I was Sony Xperia compacts. I hate phones the size of a tablet. I like to sit down without a ohone digging in to my side.

They have a cheaper, sister brand called honor. I've had one of their phones for 18 months and it's basically perfect.

Not sure about the Google ban stuff, I thought that was all called off tbh.
Had mine a year now and it is basically perfect.
